We are really excited about the launch of our brand new James Cropper Colour Academy, an exciting opportunity for four creative, enthusiastic and talented individuals to work alongside our technical and production teams, learning the science of blending colour to make some of the most beautiful papers for some of the biggest brands across the world.

Making papers for luxury packaging, to art and creative print, you will spend time in both production and laboratory environments, where you will learn from leading industry experts and have the opportunity to apply new skills practically in a live operational environment

Our two year development programme starting in September 2023 will give you the knowledge and skills to create beautifully coloured paper and develop the technical attributes that will compliment a further career within our global organisation.

We are looking for someone who has achieved GCSE - level 4 or above in Maths, English and Science, ideally qualified up to A level in a science subject or equivalent experience.

Hours of work: 40 hours Monday to Friday (Some shift work will be required in year 2)
