The COLOURFORM™ product is a thermoformed, plastic-free, moulded fibre packaging innovation. It has been developed by James Cropper in response to the needs of premium brands who want to deliver a quality, unique and sustainable customer experience. The product uses 100% natural renewable wood fibres from well-managed forests and high quality recycled fibres from its own world-class reclaimed fibre plant, giving new life to waste from a variety of sources including used coffee cups.

Using colour, texture, form, functionality and surface effects, the magic is in the skill of our in-house designers, colour specialists, machine operators and the partnerships we develop with brands, designers and converters, to create the next chapter in packaging.
The Business is seeking a sales professional who can successfully work with this incredible group of people and to deliver the COLOURFORM™ proposition into the marketplace. A key objective will be to make COLOURFORM™ the packaging brand of choice for luxury packaging generally and particularly in the key markets of beauty, cosmetics and premium drinks.
As the Sales Manager you will be expected to use your enthusiasm, experience and entrepreneurial acumen to expand the existing customer-base and deliver additional new business internationally, in a fast-moving and rapidly-changing environment.
This is a pivotal role in the COLOURFORM™ team and you will be part of shaping and delivering the growth of this business.
The Successful Candidate
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have a proven sales and business development background, with several years customer facing experience as a sales manager, delivering new business sales growth, in a relevant market sector.
From previous roles, you will be able to evidence the identification and development of multi-million pound new business pipelines and also the negotiation and winning of a significant proportion of those pipeline opportunities, as profitable orders every year.
Adept at fostering good internal relationships with the in-house team, as well as nurturing and managing all aspects of the long-term customer relationships necessary to grow that business. You will have the process, rigour and methodology to provide accountability back into the business through written and verbal reporting.
Demonstrable technical knowledge of paper making, ideally moulded fibre, the premium packaging industry and material technology, are essential attributes to succeed in the role.
Participation in the strategic development and management of business objectives will also be an expectation, such that you are able to grow with the business.
