Customer Service Administrator

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator based in Burneside Mill in Kendal. This is initially a full time, 6 or 9 month fixed term contract.

Key Accountabilities:

Inputting UK and Export orders in compliance with set procedural standards
Raising UK invoices from load sheets and sending to customers by e-mail or post
Processing Export orders and arranging dispatch within company systems
Assisting with the provision of customer samples including follow up
General administration including filing, archiving and telephony
Providing cover in the Customer Service department as required

The successful candidate will have;

Previous administration experience required within a dynamic office commercial environment – Ideally up to 2 years.
Experience of managing multiple priorities effectively
Experience of customer facing interaction via telephone or face to face
Computer literacy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
