We currently have a temporary vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator for 6 months, based in James Cropper Paper.
The jobholder will be required to provide appropriate and timely support for a variety of administrative tasks aligned to optimising customer service.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage however full training will be given.
The hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.15pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.
