The Opportunity
As ERP Project Manager you will have a pivotal role in overseeing the entire process of our ERP implementation, from the analysis and requirements stage to seamless integration into our operations across multiple functions and geographies.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery to the agreed standards and quality along with budget management, while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing third-party suppliers
Your will be responsible for;
Aligning the business on requirements, translating these into Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a new ERP system and running a tender process to select a vendor.
Leading the initiation and successful completion of comprehensive business process mapping co ordination.
Establishing a project plan and manage the delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle of all workstreams in the project to the agreed time, cost, and quality, demonstrating the required urgency and control.
Managing key stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates and reporting on any project risks and mitigation strategies.
Collaborating and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the full business.
Developing a communication and engagement strategy to ensure a successful launch, implementation and embedding of the ERP.
** This is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity
What will make you successful?
You will bring experience and expertise to navigate a complex project within a multi-site operating environment.
Possession of a professional PM qualification (e.g. APM/PRINCE II).
Experience managing ERP implementation projects and business process mapping.
Experience of vendor selection and negotiations via a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Proven track record in successfully managing technology projects in diverse businesses and sectors understanding of change management and the impact of change on the user experience.
Proven experience in collaborating with third-party vendors and IT teams to execute complex changes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to work across a wide range and level of users and stakeholders.
Ability to effectively juggle competing priorities and thrive in ambiguity, able to quickly assimilate existing projects and make an immediate impact.
Able to lead, engage and facilitate multifunctional working groups.
