We currently have a vacancy for a General Office Assistant. The role will be based in our main reception and will be the first point of contact for all visitors to James Cropper plc, therefore first class verbal skills in reception and on the switchboard are essential to the job in conveying the right image of the Company.
The job holder will be required to provide efficient administration and support in the General Office including switchboard, reception, dispatching incoming and outgoing mail and varied administrative tasks to support the Facilities team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems is also essential.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. Previous experience in a busy office environment would be a distinct advantage.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
