An ambitious role for an individual who has the desire to explore, engage and innovate within the marketing sphere.
A member of the Leadership Team within Technical Fibre Products (TFP) working alongside world-class engineers and technical developers. To create impactful strategies and compelling campaigns that have an agility to adapt with rapid growth, diverse audiences and challenging global industries.
Led by the business purpose to produce advanced materials that make a difference; providing solutions for a cleaner, greener and safer world.
Responsibility:
Lead the marketing department. Evaluating and developing marketing strategies in line with strategic objectives. Providing insight to product demand, customer engagement and segmented analysis.
Responsible for identifying and developing material propositions to exploit opportunities in new and existing target segments & geographies.
Bring to life the brand proposition by leveraging research to inform key decision makers and deliver against key brand performance indicators.
Work with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximise profits and market share whilst balancing customer satisfaction.

This is a full time position with the opportunity to work within a hybrid model.
