The role;
The Office Coordinator is a multifaceted role reporting to the President of
Electro Fiber Technologies that impacts both Electro Fiber Technologies
LLC and Technical Fibre Products Inc. The office coordinator ensures
efficient, timely, high quality, and cost effective operations across
all aspects of the business.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Perform all work in a manner that is in full compliance with Electro Fiber Technologies’ EHS, Quality, and Trade Compliance programs; participate as needed in these programs.
Respectfully challenge the status quo.
Shipping and Receiving Activities, Coordinate and track shipments (optimize cost/delivery needs), Manage customer and internal communications,
Export compliance/record keeping to ensure fulfillment of both
commercial and defense regulatory requirements
Support sourcing, receiving, and invoicing activities
Maintain inventory of office supplies, optimize value
Order office supplies, ensure delivery/receipt, coordinate returns
Reception activities including screening and logging visitors to meet export compliance regulatory requirements
Develop workflows and document administrative processes
People Operations, Liaise with the People Team (based in the UK) to support activities for training, recruiting, onboarding, and exiting of
employees
Coordinate site meetings and training sessions (space, supplies, catering)
Sales and Marketing Support, Coordinate trade show activities including
assistance with packing of tradeshow equipment, shipping and receiving
of booth, securing attendance at networking events, reservations (hotel
and car), and reconciliation of marketing material
TFP Sales support- monthly report, CRM updates, NDA tracking
Ship sample packets to customers ensuring export compliance
Inventory management of sample room
The successful candidate will be;
US Citizen
Enthusiastic, values aligned administrator with a flexible approach
Curious with the ability to solve problems with minimal support
Experienced with; Shipping and receiving
Record keeping (maintains files and records)
Meeting planning (arranges space, meals, etc.)
MS Office (Office 365)
Docusign or equivalent

Work Schedule, Conditions, and Other Requirements:
This is a hands on position, working Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 to 15:30. There is some opportunity for flexibility within this
work schedule to meet individual needs.
