To help us achieve this vision we are looking for a dynamic procurement professional with the ability to lead and manage a small commercial buying team.
Being part of the Strategic Sourcing Team, you will be a major contributor to the future success of our Paper business. Responsible for translating business strategy into procurement improvement plans, you will lead and develop your teams skills and talents in line to meet the future demands of the business.
Ideally you will be MCIPS qualified with previous experience of engineering procurement and inventory management. Knowledge of stores, equipment and compliance legislation would be an advantage. You will have the ability to manage budget expectations, build long standing supplier relationships and deliver increased value.
Furthermore, as the successful candidate will be leading a team, applications are encouraged from those with previous leadership experience or hold a level 3 qualification in Leadership & Management (ILM- Institute of Leadership and Management) or CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
