An exciting role for an individual with experience as a Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partner. A member of the Finance Team within Technical Fibre Products (TFP) working within a world-class team with a variety of key stakeholders. To develop and use financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Led by the business purpose to produce advanced materials that make a difference; providing solutions for a cleaner, greener and safer world.
● Support the Management team and Heads of Department with data-driven analysis, assessing trends in manufacturing performance and preparing margin information in a variety of different ways. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Operations Team to develop activity based costings and trending to identify areas for improvement.
● Working with cross functional teams to identify areas of focus for improving business performance by analysing the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
● A key driver in the structuring of the overall MI suite, for delivering the business requirements on an automated basis. Implementation of a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
● Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast. Leading the project of automating reporting, blueprinting business requirements and working with central BI experts within our IT teams
Ideally full time hours, however we can be flexible with the opportunity to work within a hybrid model.

Applicants should be qualified (ACCA or CIMA), have a proven background in a commercially focused and analytical role, have a passion for figures, analysis and interpretation of results whilst being able to interrogate, analyse and manage complex data streams from multiple sources. You will be confident and have a commercial outlook, having the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
