In an accident in June 2018, where a James Cropper Maintenance Craft Engineer experienced a leg injury, Adam carried out first aid quickly and calmly. As a result Adam reduced the seriousness of the injury, and his swift action received commendations from doctors and hospital staff.
Adams experience working for the St. John's Ambulance helped him to swiftly take the appropriate action.

When a recent Windows update caused email networks to fail, Stewart worked through the night to remove the faulty software and ensure systems were fully operational for the next day.
