After 3 months service with the Company, we invite new employees to join the Company Pension Scheme, the minimum employee contribution of 5% of your salary into your pension and the company will pay 6% each month.
Pride Excellence Awards
The Pride Awards allow the chance for all of us to nominate our colleagues for “Excellence” with awards of up to £100 made every three months. Every excellence award winner will be automatically entered into the annual Pride Awards. Awards will be based on alignment with our company values: Successful Customers, Profitable Growth, Continuous Learning, Motivated Workforce, Safety at Work, Community Focused, Sustainability and finally Trust, Dignity and respect.

Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
The Share Incentive Plan, known as the Profit Sharing Scheme (“PSS”) has been set up to allow employees to hold shares in the Company and, at the same time, to share in the profits generated each year. If the Company exceeds certain performance targets in a given financial year employees earn a share of the profits.
The Cycle Scheme is salary sacrifice scheme that allows you to purchase a bike that is primarily used for cycling to work. The Company hires the bike and loans it to you, free from VAT, tax & NI over 24 months. There is a small loan charge, which is added to your payments. The maximum value available to spend is £1000.
Since September of 2017 the company has provided a health care cash plan for all of our people through Medicash. The scheme offers cashback, up to a set allowance, for a number of health care needs such as dental care, optical care and physiotherapy. It also offer a free and confidential employee assistance helpline for those times in your life you may need a little extra help.
