We've been following all that's going on at The Institute Of Customer Service as engaged members. At James Cropper we are proud to work alongside the association as we know the importance of professional customer service routines and delivery.
Alongside other global manufacturers such as Unilever and 3M, James Cropper focus on customer service and are looking to set and raise standards year on year. We are involved in regular employee and customer surveys to make this happen.
