JAMES CROPPER DONATES PAPER TO LOCAL COMMUNITY
James Cropper, leaders in advanced materials and speciality paper has once again donated many tens of thousands of sheets of paper to the local community.
This initiative was first started during the pandemic in 2020 to make paper available to local families to help with home education and creative projects, as well as the regular and frequent donation of paper to local schools. This is being rolled out again during the energy and cost of living crisis.
Pallets of large-sized white paper will be placed at the entranceways of the following Kendal and Windermere supermarkets: Morrisons, Asda, Booths and Sainsbury’s from the 20 February 2023.
‘Since 1845, paper has been the core of the business, and the community that surrounds us is really important. During the cost of living crisis we would like people still to use paper and hope this small gesture will provide the tools for creative learning, aeroplane making and lots more fun over the school holidays.’said Patrick Willink, Director, James Cropper plc
